Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Save8 websites, apps, and services operated by THOUSANDX VENTURES LLP("we," "us," or "Save8"). By accessing Save8 or purchasing a gift card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our services
Save8 provides:
- Digital gift cards: The ability to browse and purchase brand gift cards (or similar prepaid instruments) that are fulfilled digitally by us or our partners.
- Deal-finding tools: Tools that help compare prices and surface coupons, cashback, bank offers, and related savings ideas. Deal information may change and is provided for convenience without guarantee of availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to purchase gift cards. You agree to provide accurate checkout and account information.
Gift card purchases
- Gift cards are issued by the respective brand (or their authorised partner) and are subject to that brand's redemption terms, validity, channels, and limits.
- Save8 acts as a facilitator / reseller of digital gift cards. We are not the brand issuer unless expressly stated.
- Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice until your payment is successfully completed.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, Cashfree, or another payment partner. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
- Unless stated otherwise on your invoice, no GST is charged to you on the gift card purchase amount shown at checkout; the amount you pay is the amount for the digital gift card.
No refunds after issuance
Once a gift card is issued or delivered, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. This includes change of mind, unused balance, and inability to redeem due to brand rules you accepted at purchase.
If you paid but the card was never issued or delivered, contact support@save8.ai within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and payment reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, complete delivery or reverse the payment.
Lost, shared, or unauthorised use of a card after delivery is your (or the recipient's) responsibility.

Brand terms
Each gift card is also governed by the issuing brand's terms and conditions (shown on the product page and/or delivered with the card). In case of conflict between brand redemption rules and these Terms, brand rules control redemption; these Terms control your purchase relationship with Save8.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Save8, attempt fraud, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, reverse-engineer systems beyond what law allows, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or suspected fraud.
Disclaimers
Deal-finding results and third-party offers are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a listed price, coupon, or offer will remain available or that a brand will honour a gift card in every circumstance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save8 disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THOUSANDX VENTURES LLP's total liability arising from a gift card order is limited to the amount you paid Save8 for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
