Refund Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to digital gift cards purchased on Save8. It supplements our Terms of Service. Save8 sells digital prepaid instruments that are fulfilled electronically; once a card is issued or delivered, it generally cannot be refunded.

No refunds after issuance

Once a gift card is issued or delivered, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Unused balance remaining on the card
  • Inability to redeem due to brand rules, channels, validity, or limits you accepted at purchase
  • Sharing, loss, or unauthorised use of the card after delivery

Paid but not delivered

If you paid but the gift card was never issued or delivered, contact support@save8.ai within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order ID, payment reference, and the email or phone used at checkout.

We will investigate fulfilment and payment status and, where appropriate, complete delivery or reverse the payment.

What "issued" means

A gift card is considered issued when fulfilment succeeds and card credentials (or equivalent prepaid value) are generated for your order. It is considered delivered when those credentials are sent to you (for example by email, WhatsApp, or in-app). Either issuance or delivery triggers the no-refund rule above.

After delivery, lost, shared, or unauthorised use of a card is your (or the recipient's) responsibility.

Failed payments and cancellation before issuance

  • If payment fails or is not captured, no gift card is issued and there is nothing to refund.
  • If a charge is authorised but fulfilment does not complete and the card is never issued, we will reverse or refund the payment where appropriate (you should still contact support within 24 hours if you do not see a reversal).
